Womad Partners Presentation and Intro Animation
Hiding Behind the Green Screen is a documentary of the journey of four young men and their mentors is a moving expose of the impact New Zealand’s unspoken addiction to substances. The documentary won the Best Short Documentary and Best Emerging Filmmaker for Paora Joseph at the Documentary Edge International Film Festival 2011.
My involvement with the project was the brand, opening billboard, motion graphics chapter and the credits.

I was very honored to be part of this production. Did the editing, graphics and color grading for this piece. This is a celebration of the an indigenous Māori tribe whose origins trace from early ancestors that lived in Aotearoa, New Zealand, since around 950AD. This piece won the 16th Annual Communicator Award of Excellence under Film/Video Category and the gold award at the prestigious W3 Awards in LA
